Coturri wines are truly handcrafted: bottled by hand, hand corked, and
labeled by hand. We do not use inoculation with sulfites, yeast cultures,
no use of concentrates to boost sweetness, no added water, acids or other
manipulation of the wine.
Donkey & Goat Winery
Berkeley vineyards? Not exactly. But a Berkeley winery makes a lot of
sense. For one, we live here which means we are never more than 10 minutes
from our barrels. For another, the winery is only a few hundred yards
from the Bay and positioned directly across from the Golden Gate Bridge.
Aside from a view (from the roof) this affords us a natural air conditioner
in the warmer months via the cool fog that rolls in under the bridge,
across the bay and into the winery.
